How to make freshers/interns independent & productive faster in the WFH concept? Any Idea !!!

Today, I was talking to startup founder about the challenges faced during pandemic while running the day to day operations for the company.

One remark stuck in my mind “No issues with experience people in WFH, but freshers & intern eat up the others productive time”.

Seniors spend a lot of time with the freshers & interns to get the work done. Therefore the overall productivity of the team impacted.

In WFH, the training, collaboration for work with the new team is a challenging & time-consuming task.

How to solve it in an innovative way?
